Uneven heating
Some areas of the floor are warm, others cold. Could be a balancing issue, blockage or pump fault. We'll identify which and resolve it.

Thermostat not responding
The system won't respond to the thermostat or controls. We check wiring, the manifold, actuators and programmer to find the cause.

System won't pressurise
Low pressure or system keeps losing pressure. We test for leaks in the pipework circuit and repair where needed.

Full system diagnostic
Not sure what's wrong? We carry out a full UFH diagnostic — manifold, pump, actuators, thermostat, pipework — and report back clearly.
